The 3rd Wave is only playing one channel of the stereo output? I hear audio only out of the left or only out of the right channel.
Check if you have MIDI multitimbral mode enabled and are only controlling one of the parts. Many of the 3rd Wave presets have more than one part enabled with each part panned separately. With MIDI multitimbral mode enabled you can control each part independently over different MIDI channels
